Uber Philippines Customer Service is the Worst

It takes Uber to 3 days or more to acknowledge a dispute or complaint.  This is UNACCEPTABLE.  It is better to email: complaint.ltfrb.gov.ph@gmail.com and laurence@uber.com 

Make sure to take note of the plate number.


Response From LTFRB:
Please inform us if you are willing to attend a hearing or not regarding your complaint within three (3) days from the receipt of this email. If you do, our Legal Division will send Summons to you and the operator concerned informing you the date of the hearing. If you are not willing to attend a hearing, we will send a show cause letter to the operator to be signed by the Executive Director informing the said operator of your complaint and requiring him/her to file a notarized answer the soonest possible time from his/her receipt of the letter. A copy of the said letter will also be furnished to you.
