We went to the barangay. DSF HAUSWORK was able to refund the contract payment (75% of Php 6000). Same case, we did our best to contact Angie and the previous employees for almost one year. They had lots of excuses for the damage they caused. We finally got the cheque after reporting them to the barangay.

Just thought I'd share this. We were engaging with Love & Care Employment Services and I asked for an advanced copy of their contract. I found that the stipulations all favored the agency and no protection on the part of the client. I asked for some revisions like the following: (1) penalties if the employer cannot replace a helper within 30 days, (2) replacements should only count if the employer requested for the replacement (to avoid the Modus Operandi of several Employment Agencies where they instruct the helpers to purposely leave their employers so that the replacement fees can be collected and the replacements used up), and the owner refused and told me to look for another agency instead.

I had Janet to help me at that time - the yaya that she recommended was ok till 4 months later, she started creating problems and she was telling tales to the guards at my condo that i treated her badly. Do not get yaya from DSF HAUSWORK!!!! They said they will provide replacement pero 1month na wala pa rin. We requested for a refund, more than a month na wala pa rin. They always have an excuse na wala daw yung may-ari to sign the check for refund etc.

Feedback on Elijah Seth: I got a maid from them and after 6 months, RJ keeps texting my maid to leave, and he is offering her a higher salary elsewhere, which would make me get a new maid (and pay agency fee again). My maid SHOWED me the text messages from RJ cell phone number.
Also - on my first replacement (maid wanted to leave after 1 month, RJ made me pay the replacment fee, even though it was the maid that wanted to leave. Agreement was for the maid to shoulder the replacement fee, since she was in breach of the contract). But RJ refused to replace unless i paid the replacement fee.

In their Makati branch now, there is a Chris Zamora who insists he is a different Chris--- iba pa dun sa Chris na kausap namin noong una. For all we know, the surname "Zamora" might not even be real. Our helper, who came to work with my family a week ago, suddenly left our home without a word and returned about three hours later, saying that she had gone out to meet her friends. We were appalled by her irresponsible behaviour. We decided to immediately send our maid back to the agency. We could not risk having a dishonest helper in the family. We had already intended, a few days earlier, to send the maid back as we found her to have a poor attitude. Her work performance was also below our expectations despite the fact that she had worked as a domestic helper in Singapore and Indonesia. But the agency advised us to keep her until we found a new one.
In our case, it wasn't just the bio-data of our new maid that was INACCURATE. When we call the agency to hire a replacement and conducted a phone interview with a prospective maid, we found out that she had not worked here for two years, as was stated in her bio-data.

I got a maid from lifemaideasy as well, and wala namang alam yung nakuha ko. ang sabi tinuturuan lang daw sila ng agency paano sumagot at mag fill out ng nasa personal data sheet. may right din sila na mag request ng pull out sa employer pag hindi nila feel. o sige ok na din yun para fair pero yung wala naman palang alam or kahit training or lecture man lang habang nag aantay ng deployment eh nakakapang hinayang bayaran. P12.5k ang nagastos ko sa kanila pero di naman "quality ang mga maid/yaya" nila. Napaamin ko pa nga yung nag assist sa akin dun na yung mga lumalayas sa employer ng walang dahilan tinatanggap pa din nila at dine-deploy sa iba. Eh di kawawa ang next employer di ba? I always get maid from DOLE Accredited Maid Agencies. Parang halos lahat yata ng nakuha ko pare pareho. Except yung JV Maid Local Recruitment Agency that I got last 2013. I was able to get replacement twice because hindi ok yung ipinadala nila sa kin. It so happened na hindi sila nakapag renew ng license kaya di ako kumuha sa kanila lately. I recently dealt with another agency, the first applicant that they sent to us is masyadong bata, puro selfie sa umaga then I asked for replacement pero yung ipinadala nila, two months pregnant na pala. Umamin lang yung maid 2 weeks ago and according to her alam daw naman ng maid agency na 2 month pregnant na sya before pa sya pumasok sa min. So lumalabas going 5 months na sya pregnant and we found out na she's trying to abort her baby so we asked the agency to pull her out asap. As of today wala pa din kapalit. Worse scenario is baka kumuha na lang ulit ako sa JV Maid agency though expired yung license nila. At least they have good reputation to us.

Ang problem is yung kasambahay. ayaw pumirma ng day off slip, tawagan ko daw agency kesyo, kilala naman sya ng agency etc. for the 12k i paid. tapos buok nakuha kong katulong sa kanila, not worth it sis. To those who wants to give them the benefit of the doubt, you can do so. It's your money anyway. But based on my experience, mala angel nung tumawag ako before nila ihatid maid sa house, after that puro excuses. Sayang 12k ko. Dun ka nalang sa murang agency, at least di ka masyadong aasa, sa mahal kasi, i was expecting quality hindi may sayad na kasambahay.
My friend had a traumatic with carelink. My friend's mom had stroke and she hired a caregiver from carelink. The CG was ok at first but on the 4th month, she went AWOL and instead of replacement. Carelink told my friend that they will no longer assign a replacement for they lack staff. I think it is a blessing in disguise for we just found out that carelink is no longer authorized by PRPA. For those asking about Quality Care Employment Services a.k.a. LifeMAIDeasy.PH, I had a regretful experience with this agency. Their fee is double those of other agencies and because I did not initially see any review (neither good nor bad) regarding this agency, I thought maybe they are different. Well, it turned out, once you give them the agency fee, you are on your own with the maid. Should you want a replacement or the maid does not come back from a day off, this agency will give you all sorts of reason why they could not immediately replace the maid. And so you're left hanging and the promise of unlimited replacement for 6 months is nothing but a marketing line to hook you in. You call them and you'll be lucky if you can talk to the one in charge - they have a standard person answering complaints whose job is to spout words to assure you but who does not have any authority at all. For one month, we were talking to this latter person following up the replacement for our maid. When I finally emailed the one in-charge, what did she tell us? That we have no FORMAL REQUEST for replacement!@!! So all those days we have been talking to their phone representative following up the replacement was for nil. It was as though we were talking to a non-person. Those are the kinds of reasons and delaying tactics they will give you when you ask for a replacement. Try getting a new maid, a new contract, full agency fee and the response from them is poles apart in difference. They are just another agency out to get your money. As I read in another review on this agency, sa una lang sila magaling.
It's hard to believe. In fairness to them, they are the most systematic maid agency I have dealt with. I can vouch for that. I have 5 maids from them: 3 from Cebu, 1 from CDO and 1 from Pampanga but they are all above average.

I think are right, jean because we have been sourcing our maids from life maid easy for two years now and we havent had any problems with them. In fact, it was the owner of the agency who processed my request and it was seamless. I had a problem with the maid last month because she did not return from her day off, i called up the agency to report about the incident. I was advised to send a document and so i did and after 1 week, i got my replacement which is 3 weeks earlier than i the 30 day replacement waiting period. So i believe its a case to case. My family is so far satisfied with their service though i must admit they are very pricey compared to the generic ones but thats understandable.

Did you call the agency maam bago nyo po pinaalis ang maid? Kasi kami rin pinaalis namin yung maid pero hinatid namin tagala sa office niya sa may congressional kasi yan ang nasa kontrata. Medyo hassle nga pero dahil daw yan sa tinatawag nila na exit clearance na dapat permado namin, ng maid at ng agency para kung may mangyari daw masama sa maid sa labas, documented na di na kami responsible. Since ang asawa ko naman ay abogado, medyo ok din sa part namin kasi di ba di natin alam talaga. Ayun ni refund naman kami 75% ng agency fee nabinayad namin. Tapos kumuha ako ng maid sa ibang agency, naku! 3 days lang lumayas. Mas okey parin yung experience namin sa life maid easy kung totoosin.

Napagod na kami sa paasa. So we decided nevermind for 2k pesos we have to bring the maid to quezon city, it's ok sana if we can get the 2k immediately but we have to wait daw due to company policy, then we have to go back to pick it up. busy mom ko kasi she is a single mom and she can't be absent. So in other words,we baid 18k total for 35 days of work of the maid. batugan naman! and dumi sa bahay, palagi pang nakasimangot. Wal na nga kami buong araw, pag uwi namin ng 6:30 pm, di pa handa dinner. pagsabihan mo, nakasimangot pa haay. puro kabwisitan dinala nung bruha sa bahay namin. we found a maid na,nirecommend ng neighbor namin, luckil ymabait and masipag, 2 months na samin ngayon. never pa namin napag sabihan at sabi pa nya,happy sya mababait amo nya.

After a week the maid is leaving already for abroad. So the Manager Jona employed her own sister. And I have not seen the most stupid maid there is but goes around my house like she owns it. I trusted her because she is the sister of the Manager and was sent from Bacolod but she stole from me!! She stole my phone my camera bottles of lotion and my daughter's necklace and money. And the Manager Jona is protecting her sister and would not cooperate. In fact the Manager would use different numbers and sent me threats and foul words after I confronted her. The owner should better know about this but continues to trust Jona even if she is extorting money from clients, threatening clients, tolerating her sister to steal from us and sending foul messages.

They sent someone here with the yaya for deployment, of course first thing I did was I checked the papers. However upon checking the papers of the agency thoroughly it turns out that one of the papers is actually an Affidavit of Non-Operations and to top that they can't even provide me the DOLE name when I asked them for me to be able to check online! That could've gone really bad! Now just thinking about it, I'm not even sure anymore if any of those papers (including the maid's) are real.
So yes to top all that, after sending both of them back to the agency, they are now texting me some crazy messages one of which is "Abnormal ka pla eh, kamo need mo ng yaya yn pla wala kang pera pasahod nag agency kpa" well... very professional right? Never deal with this agency!

Stay away from ETE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES under PRPA License No. M-10 00 308, located at 400 Lope K. Santos Street, Elisco Road, owned by ELPIDIO M. TE and managed by a certain LOUELLA with CP Nos. (0906) 259 4095 and +63 999 985 3111. They advertise that they have diligent and trustworthy maids. They will get a hefty amount from employers. It turned out that they do not even screen their maids and whenever there is a need to replace a maid for whatever reason, they will again ask you to pay. This is a cycle that they have been doing. They will entertain you whenever you will pay but once you encounter problem, they will no longer accept your call. I searched for ETE Employment Services and I have discovered that there are many negative reports about them. I reported the matter to the Barangay. The Barangay told me that they already received a lot of report about this agency but whenever they visit the place, no one is there. I simply cannot believe that the Barangay could not do anything about it.

It seems thay they just dont screen their applicants only. They will give you unreliable maids (even crazy), untidy, tamad, etc. One instance (last Sept. 2016) the maid didnt even last 12hrs and up to now (Nov. 25) no replacrments had been made. Promises, promises. They are so fast in collecting their fees. But the very moment they collect, its goodbye. Research mo na lang ng mabuti and make sure bago ka kumuha alam mo office address nila, and napuntahan mo and check mo na din kung professional sila kausap. Wag ka sa lynber, bad experience ako dun. Dahil sa kanila hindi na ako nag consider mag maid agency, kaka trauma kasi.

Lynber agency, contact person Michelle and a ms Jo Found out they have no license. They give you a maid first day off Hindi na babalik I thought that was just a one time thing, waited for a replacement after 4 months with daily follow ups. Then finally when they sent a replacement. Ganun din Hindi nabumabalik on their day off. Then I found out from my neighbor that the same thing happened to their Tita who got from there..so parang they rotate Lang their maids. If you call for replacement always no available but if you pretend to be a new client, meaning you will pay the full office fee...madami daw applicants and those maids that you get from them only lasts till their day off
SAME HERE! I got a maid from them (LYNBER HOMECARE SERVICE / BERLYN HOMECARE) and after 1 month the maid wanted to leave. When we asked for a replacement since the maid wanted to leave, the agency, Lyn Mendoza asked for a replacement fee. In the contract, the agreement was for the maid to shoulder the replacement fee, since she was in breach of the contract, we should not be charge for the said fee. But unfortunately, the agency refused to replace unless i paid the replacement fee. The replacement did not last a month now I have a hard time talking to them. They are veru unprofessional when handling client's concerns. "Babastusin" ka na lang nila so that you will be discouraged to demand for a replacement.

Wag dito, sa kanila kami nakakuha ng mareklamo na maid. Tapos instead of palitan nila ang ginawa hindi na kami pinansin. The agency was informed and when I've asked for a refund, they made lame excuses and promised to issue a check refund after a month. It is now more than a month but they haven't refunded me back. First yaya po na ipapadala eh may balak pala mag abroad kaya after 11 days to be exact eh biglang mag papaalam, so now papa replace ako sa Agency kay Ms Jocelyn (may ari), pinalitan naman nila pero meron sila pinakita na written complain nung first maid na hindi daw namin sila pinapakain... ang sabi ko meron po CCTV ang bahay, meron sa kitchen meron sa dinning table, makikita nila dun kung hindi napapakain, sabi ko dahil laging wala naman kami eh sila naiiwan siya na ang kumakain sa bahay. Also, may 3 year old kami na daughter so alangan naman na kumakain ang bata pero siya hindi, siyempre mag breakfast, lunch and dinner ang bata na alaga nya so ano yun, yung bata lang kakain siya hindi?
Now pinadalan ako so nag ask sila ulit ng P500 transportation fee. So after 11 days nag bayad nanaman ako ng transportaion fee maliban sa unang binayaran ko. Maayos naman yung maid pero lately napapansin ko lagi na lang tumatambay sa terrace (3rd floor) namin, pero since malinis naman siya sa bahay kaya wala naman ako pakialam na kung dun siya tumabay sa taas (walang CCTV), after 2 weeks panay na parinig ng Yaya/Maid na pag uwi daw niya sa province dadalan ako ng kung ano ano mga gulay at kung ano meron sa province nila. So I asked, kailan siya balak punta dun kasi parang wala naman napag usapan dati nung iniinterview ko siya, sabi nya kung mag off siya dito lang daw sa manila. Ang sagot sa akin ng yaya/maid, babakasyon siya for a month and sa November punta na siya sa ibang bansa, so ako naman nagulat kasi 2 weeks ka pa lang may mga plans ka na pala, so hindi nanaman sinabi sa akin ng agency, pero sige wala naman ako magagawa so hinayaan na muna, then after 4 weeks nag paalam na mag DAY OFF muna siya uwi sa province nila, umalis ng sabado ng gabi at balik daw nya Monday morning, the eto hindi na bumalik, so I asked Agency na hindi na nga bumalik baka need na replacement....eto may sinasabi nanaman ang agency na may sulat daw na iniwan another written report full of complains, pati brand ng detergent soap eh nirereklamo. (takenote surf and pride yung gamit), andun nanaman yung hindi pinapakain. So as always sinabi ko sa agency (Viber chat lang kasi ayaw nila sagutin calls ko) papakita ko CCTV naka records naman lahat ng day to day na ginagawa ng maid dun para masabi kung na maltrato. Pero since ayaw nga nila makipag usap and dinadaan na nila sa galit, sinabihan pa ako ng agency na ang dami ko daw sinasabi na hindi maganda sa agency nila.... na confused na ako, kasi sa paanong paraan na ayaw nyo bigyan ng chance ang client nyo ipakita na nagisisinungaling ang maid na pinadala nyo eh mismong client eh may recording na willing ipakita, sabay bigla angency na ang magagalit sa client kasi madami daw ako sinasabi na hindi maganda tungkol sa agency and yan report ng maid na pinadala nila...maling mali eh. So I end up na wala pang 3 months eh hindi na sila mag bibigay ng replacement dahil ginugutom daw namin, then nakita ko sa contract na isa sa mga nakasaad dun na wag gugutumin ang maid, ahhh...now alam ko na scripted..oo nga naman sayang naman kung magbibigay pa sila sa akin na pwede naman nila deploy sa bago, instant placement fee of P5,000 agad yun. Hustler na din. A portion ng viber chat namin, kayo na humusga sa reply ng agency sa client nila...eto ba yung nilalagay nila sa ads nila na "Our care if your comfort"????? Asan? eh nilait pa bahay namin. Aawayin ka na lang nila para hindi ka na mag ask ng replacement. Style ng agency na ito grabe lang talaga.

DSF Hauswork Agency - They are not reliable maid agency. My yaya I got from them did not finished the contract so I tell them to find a replacement but almost 3months na wala sila binigay na kapalit, kesyo daw wala pa sila nahihire or available maids though Im willing to pay the replacement fee of 1500 on top of the 6500 I paid to them, then I asked my cousin to call them up and just inquire if they have available maid and they said YES meron daw. Oo nga naman mas gusto nila new customer laki ng difference nga naman ng Php 6500 agency fee vs Php 1500 replacement fee. Di nako naghabol ABULOY ko na yun 6500!
Ganyan din naranasan ko. Parang isa na lang ang ginagawa nila. Magkakaiba na agency pero parang parehas lang the way they handle their clients. Mine is Lynber Home care services. Meron ako nakuhanan dati sa first born ko pero since tagal na nakalimutan ko na yung name ng agency kaya nag research ako ulit pero dahil sa very immediate hindi na ako nakapag research ng reviews. Siguro bago kumuha talagang mga moms dapat talagang iresearch muna ang agency (kung meron pa matino). Yung mga reviews malaking tulong din sa mga katulad natin na nag hahanap. Dito ko nalaman na madami na pala negative feedback yung nakuhanan ko na agency na until now wala na ako nakuhang kapalit dun sa hinihingi ko na replacement.
I had bad experience with Earthling Manpower or Maid.ph. Sa una mabait kausap kasi they want you to pay. Pero the quality of the maids is very poor. Either may attitude problem or parang walang gana magtrabaho. When I asked the agency for a replacement, the staff (very rude) insinuated that there is something wrong with us that's why the maids dont stay long. The staff answering the phone is very rude. The contract you pay for is for 6 months. But if the maid leaves, they still count 6 months regardless if they have sent a replacement or not. Tama ba naman iyon?

Sa totoo lang maghapon ako wala and mon-sat ang pasok ko, bihihra ko na makausap ang yaya/maid pero kakampihan nila yung maid with poor attitude and did not complete the contract. Nag day-off yun pala ililipat nila sa iba. Waste of time mga maid agency meron naman legit pero super mahal ng placement fees. Kailangan natin pero parang yung agency lolokohin pa mga nangangailangan.

Her work performance was also below our expectations despite the fact that she had worked as a domestic helper in Singapore and Indonesia. But the agency advised us to keep her until we found a new one.
In our case, it wasn't just the bio-data of our new maid that was INACCURATE. When we call the agency to hire a replacement and conducted a phone interview with a prospective maid, we found out that she had not worked here for two years, as was stated in her bio-data.
She had only worked here for seven months before being sent back to Singapore. How could the agency PROVIDE us with the WRONG information TWICE?

ReplyDeleteWe went to the barangay. DSF HAUSWORK was able to refund the contract payment (75% of Php 6000). Same case, we did our best to contact Angie and the previous employees for almost one year. They had lots of excuses for the damage they caused. We finally got the cheque after reporting them to the barangay.

ReplyDeleteJust thought I'd share this. We were engaging with Love & Care Employment Services and I asked for an advanced copy of their contract. I found that the stipulations all favored the agency and no protection on the part of the client. I asked for some revisions like the following: (1) penalties if the employer cannot replace a helper within 30 days, (2) replacements should only count if the employer requested for the replacement (to avoid the Modus Operandi of several Employment Agencies where they instruct the helpers to purposely leave their employers so that the replacement fees can be collected and the replacements used up), and the owner refused and told me to look for another agency instead.

I had Janet to help me at that time - the yaya that she recommended was ok till 4 months later, she started creating problems and she was telling tales to the guards at my condo that i treated her badly. 2. Elijah Seth - very good agency. I had no problems with the maids I got from this agency. Also,if they aren't able to provide a replacement within the 6 months contract, they will refund a certain portion of the agency fee back to you.

ReplyDeleteI got a maid from them and after 6 months, RJ keeps texting my maid to leave, and he is offering her a higher salary elsewhere, which would make me get a new maid (and pay agency fee again). My maid SHOWED me the text messages from RJ cell phone number.
Also - on my first replacement (maid wanted to leave after 1 month, RJ made me pay the replacment fee, even though it was the maid that wanted to leave. Agreement was for the maid to shoulder the replacement fee, since she was in breach of the contract). But RJ refused to replace unless i paid the replacement fee.

Lukot na lukot na ang balat ng maid na yun. This maid revealed her true age to one of oyr employees in the office. Hauswork was supposed to refund when this maid packed up and never came back after a Xmas vacation. Nung sisingilin na namin si Hauswork, umalis na daw un Chris na kausap namin. Hindi daw nila alam kailan babalik si Chris.

Then nung tumawag naman kami sa Makati branch Christian daw yung nandun & si Chris daw eh sa Las Pinas naka assign. Ginagago talaga nila mga client. Sinasamantala yung needs ng client kasi mahirap maghanap ng maid. Yung ipinadala sa min daming drama. Nagpaalam uuwi dahil namatay daw yung kapatid, then after 2 weeks namatay daw yung pinsan, namatay din yung nanay. After that di na bumalik. As per DSF papalitan daw nila. Up to now walang naibigay na kapalit & even yung refund pinagpapasa pasahan na lang kami.

Sad to say, you need to polish your English... fyi... people from posh villages do not have time to complain directly here in this site where we are writing, they have mayordomas or people who handle their personal household requirements.... Anyone heard of lifemaideasy.ph? Planning to get a new helper from them...megapacific manpower is okay and also maid provider...kaso recently parang nag dwindle na quality ng service ng maid provider...I experienced getting a nanny for a new born from them. Alam nila na walang experience sa new born yet pinilit nila yung person na tanggapin offer ko. After 6 hours I discovered hindi marunong magkarga ng newborn. This put my baby at risk. Tsk.

DeleteI got a maid from lifemaideasy as well, and wala namang alam yung nakuha ko. ang sabi tinuturuan lang daw sila ng agency paano sumagot at mag fill out ng nasa personal data sheet. may right din sila na mag request ng pull out sa employer pag hindi nila feel. o sige ok na din yun para fair pero yung wala naman palang alam or kahit training or lecture man lang habang nag aantay ng deployment eh nakakapang hinayang bayaran. P12.5k ang nagastos ko sa kanila pero di naman "quality ang mga maid/yaya" nila. Napaamin ko pa nga yung nag assist sa akin dun na yung mga lumalayas sa employer ng walang dahilan tinatanggap pa din nila at dine-deploy sa iba. Eh di kawawa ang next employer di ba? Ang mahal na ng fees wala naman yung quality na sinasabi nila. Hard selling lang.
DeleteI always get maid from DOLE Accredited Maid Agencies. Parang halos lahat yata ng nakuha ko pare pareho. Except yung JV Maid Local Recruitment Agency that I got last 2013. I was able to get replacement twice because hindi ok yung ipinadala nila sa kin. It so happened na hindi sila nakapag renew ng license kaya di ako kumuha sa kanila lately. I recently dealt with another agency, the first applicant that they sent to us is masyadong bata, puro selfie sa umaga then I asked for replacement pero yung ipinadala nila, two months pregnant na pala. Umamin lang yung maid 2 weeks ago and according to her alam daw naman ng maid agency na 2 month pregnant na sya before pa sya pumasok sa min. So lumalabas going 5 months na sya pregnant and we found out na she's trying to abort her baby so we asked the agency to pull her out asap. As of today wala pa din kapalit. Worse scenario is baka kumuha na lang ulit ako sa JV Maid agency though expired yung license nila. At least they have good reputation to us.
DeleteI called up lifemaideasy this morning and yes they have discounted price and it is still a bit expensive; they said because quality is important. Im not sure if it's a risk worth taking, plus if you are not satisfied, u have to pay a processing fee if you go past their free replacement period of 30days.

Yung yaya namin is from bohol kasi may offices ata sila sa ibang provinces. ang talagang nagustuhan ko lang talaga sa kanila ay yung contract talaga. napaka well-structured and fair. lawyer ata may ari, i dunno lang. tapos may 48 hrs silang money back 100%. so far ok talaga. sana nga tuloy-tuloy pero they are not as expensive as maid provider.
ReplyDeleteI agree sis. I have tried almost all agencies here in manila pero ang pinaka ok lang ay yung life maid easy. Though sometimes talaga medyo simplang yung maid pero ang pinakagusto ko talaga sa kanila ay proactive talaga silang mag ask ng permission sa amin na kung pwde nilang kausapin ang maid na kinuha ko sa kanila dahil nga gusto talagang umalis. I did not tell the agency that i placed the call on speaker and it was there i found out na napaka professional nila makipag usap sa kanilang maid. Di nila sinisgawan yung maid nila kahit mali, pinaliwanag kung bakit mahalaga na di palit ng palit. Kaya sabi ng husband ko, kahit aalis ang maid sa amin, thumbs up parin kami sa agency. I am just speaking from my experience naman.

What i don't like sa kanila ay di sila nag deliver sa laguna area. sobrang hassle sa amin. sa festival mall lang sila. pero overall, very fair talaga yung contract nila sa mga customers nila. andaming mga pinipirmahan mga documents. talagang black and white. sana lang makapagdeliver na sila outside metro manila. pero in fairness, napaka efficient nila.

ReplyDeleteNakatry yung friend ko na taga makati sa lifemaideasy.ph last month. So far, satisfied siya sa service. Systematic daw at may process talaga. May mga slips pag mag day off ang maid at exit clearance pag umalis. Parang ok din sa part ng amo to prove na nag day off talaga ang maid at walang maging kinalaman pag may mangyari sa labas. Inaantay ko lang yung mom ko kung may makuha ba sya sa probinsya namin next week. Pag wala, i'd try lifemaideasy. Sana ok to mga sis.

Ang problem is yung kasambahay. ayaw pumirma ng day off slip, tawagan ko daw agency kesyo, kilala naman sya ng agency etc. for the 12k i paid. tapos buok nakuha kong katulong sa kanila, not worth it sis. To those who wants to give them the benefit of the doubt, you can do so. It's your money anyway. But based on my experience, mala angel nung tumawag ako before nila ihatid maid sa house, after that puro excuses. Sayang 12k ko. Dun ka nalang sa murang agency, at least di ka masyadong aasa, sa mahal kasi, i was expecting quality hindi may sayad na kasambahay.
DeleteMy friend had a traumatic with carelink. My friend's mom had stroke and she hired a caregiver from carelink. The CG was ok at first but on the 4th month, she went AWOL and instead of replacement. Carelink told my friend that they will no longer assign a replacement for they lack staff. I think it is a blessing in disguise for we just found out that carelink is no longer authorized by PRPA. Attached is the link for reference.

And make copies of all the documents kasi when you return the miad, they also collect the contract. I made copies. Kaya siguro napilitan sila magbayad. Pero i took a long time, lampas 6 months bago nag-refund. Im speaking of Lifemaideasy.
DeletePare-pareho lang naman lahat ng mga agencies ngayon. Ewan ko lang sa lifemaideasy, mukhang maganda ang reviews dito at sa google but even then, kahit ok ang agency pero pag ang kasambahay naman ang deperensya, wala pa rin! hay naku! sakit sa ulo.

ReplyDeleteFor those asking about Quality Care Employment Services a.k.a. LifeMAIDeasy.PH, I had a regretful experience with this agency. Their fee is double those of other agencies and because I did not initially see any review (neither good nor bad) regarding this agency, I thought maybe they are different. Well, it turned out, once you give them the agency fee, you are on your own with the maid. Should you want a replacement or the maid does not come back from a day off, this agency will give you all sorts of reason why they could not immediately replace the maid. And so you're left hanging and the promise of unlimited replacement for 6 months is nothing but a marketing line to hook you in. You call them and you'll be lucky if you can talk to the one in charge - they have a standard person answering complaints whose job is to spout words to assure you but who does not have any authority at all. For one month, we were talking to this latter person following up the replacement for our maid. When I finally emailed the one in-charge, what did she tell us? That we have no FORMAL REQUEST for replacement!@!! So all those days we have been talking to their phone representative following up the replacement was for nil. It was as though we were talking to a non-person. Those are the kinds of reasons and delaying tactics they will give you when you ask for a replacement. Try getting a new maid, a new contract, full agency fee and the response from them is poles apart in difference. They are just another agency out to get your money. As I read in another review on this agency, sa una lang sila magaling.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to believe. In fairness to them, they are the most systematic maid agency I have dealt with. I can vouch for that. I have 5 maids from them: 3 from Cebu, 1 from CDO and 1 from Pampanga but they are all above average.
DeleteDo not get a maid at lifemaideasy. They sound so professional and kindhearted that you feel that they have talked to an agency that cares for the employers. It's all a ploy. After getting the agency fee, you will discover that all they did was sweet talk you and instead of getting a maid who wants to work, you get a liar maid who pretends to want to work and understood all you want over the phone and boom, after a week or so. You will discover that she has an attitude problem and when you try to correct her nicely, she will be upset and wants to leave, then you will now discover what a useless agency this lifemaideasy is! you ask for a replacement, no available maids. u want a refund they give you 50% of what you paid, what they forgot to tell you is the termination fee lol! 3k plus 700. so u get back 1500 pesos out of your 10,500 pesos. not only that, they won't give you the 1500! they will make you call after a month to get it! and oh btw you have to deliver the maid who wants to leave or if you wish to terminate the maid if not. you have to pay 700 pesos for transportation! so their money back guarantee is full of loopholes. 100% money back guarantee my ass! you will probably get it after a year if your lucky. Get from this agency and be prepared to kiss you money goodbye.I am very upset bec after paying double the usual agency fee, i expected better maids and service. i got conned.

Free pa nga yon dahil pasok pa sa kanilang 30 days na trial. So far, ok naman talaga experience ko sa kanila as well as sa sister ko. My worst regret was the agency in pasay. Grrr tlaga yun, unimaginable.

I doubt they would bother to write their negative experence if they weren't very upset about it. My advice to those people who are reading the reviews. Take the NEGATIVE REVIEWS SERIOUSLY. I am sure you are smart enough to feel the sincerity of the writers. Positive feedbacks are very easy to fabricate, specially those claiming they got 5 maids from lifemiadeasy and all of them are above average hahaha! Those who have gotten from maid agencies knows better than to believe this crap! Mas mabilis pang tumama sa lotto kesa makakuha ng 5 maids na lahat above average from any agency. Just saying.

DeleteI think are right, jean because we have been sourcing our maids from life maid easy for two years now and we havent had any problems with them. In fact, it was the owner of the agency who processed my request and it was seamless. I had a problem with the maid last month because she did not return from her day off, i called up the agency to report about the incident. I was advised to send a document and so i did and after 1 week, i got my replacement which is 3 weeks earlier than i the 30 day replacement waiting period. So i believe its a case to case. My family is so far satisfied with their service though i must admit they are very pricey compared to the generic ones but thats understandable.

Medyo hassle nga pero dahil daw yan sa tinatawag nila na exit clearance na dapat permado namin, ng maid at ng agency para kung may mangyari daw masama sa maid sa labas, documented na di na kami responsible. DeleteMy mom called the agency several times. Syempre, kasi mabigat samin yung 12k na binayad namin sa agency fee. We are not rich but we were desperate to get a maid so we paid the 12k agency fee. My mom is really upset dahil she kept on calling the lifemaideasy, they were saying the person in charge is not there and several excuses. Their excuse is this over a month na daw maid namin kaya we can only refund 50% tapos minus 3k pa daw for the termination fee. Then we need to wait for an available employee to pick up the maid. we calculated 2k nalang mabawi namin sa 12k na binayad namin for 35 days of service pwera pa the 6k salary. tapos yung 2k daw ibabalik after 1 month. tatawagan nalang kami pag pwede na irefund. Napagod na kami sa paasa. So we decided nevermind for 2k pesos we have to bring the maid to quezon city, it's ok sana if we can get the 2k immediately but we have to wait daw due to company policy, then we have to go back to pick it up. busy mom ko kasi she is a single mom and she can't be absent. So in other words,we baid 18k total for 35 days of work of the maid. batugan naman! and dumi sa bahay, palagi pang nakasimangot. Wal na nga kami buong araw, pag uwi namin ng 6:30 pm, di pa handa dinner. pagsabihan mo, nakasimangot pa haay. puro kabwisitan dinala nung bruha sa bahay namin. we found a maid na,nirecommend ng neighbor namin, luckil ymabait and masipag, 2 months na samin ngayon. never pa namin napag sabihan at sabi pa nya,happy sya mababait amo nya.

I guess 5 Star & 5 in Seven (in guadalupe) are one and the same. We used to get from them & most often palpak yng binibigay nila na maid. Have hard time getting rrplacement much more refund. Richard or roman (one & d same) will seeet talk you.very unprofessional agency

ReplyDeleteFirst maid I got I was really asking if the maid has any active application abroad and the Manager Jona said none. After a week the maid is leaving already for abroad. So the Manager Jona employed her own sister. And I have not seen the most stupid maid there is but goes around my house like she owns it. I trusted her because she is the sister of the Manager and was sent from Bacolod but she stole from me!! She stole my phone my camera bottles of lotion and my daughter's necklace and money. And the Manager Jona is protecting her sister and would not cooperate. In fact the Manager would use different numbers and sent me threats and foul words after I confronted her. The owner should better know about this but continues to trust Jona even if she is extorting money from clients, threatening clients, tolerating her sister to steal from us and sending foul messages.

They sent someone here with the yaya for deployment, of course first thing I did was I checked the papers. However upon checking the papers of the agency thoroughly it turns out that one of the papers is actually an Affidavit of Non-Operations and to top that they can't even provide me the DOLE name when I asked them for me to be able to check online! That could've gone really bad! Now just thinking about it, I'm not even sure anymore if any of those papers (including the maid's) are real.
So yes to top all that, after sending both of them back to the agency, they are now texting me some crazy messages one of which is "Abnormal ka pla eh, kamo need mo ng yaya yn pla wala kang pera pasahod nag agency kpa" well... very professional right? Never deal with this agency!

DeleteStay away from ETE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES under PRPA License No. M-10 00 308, located at 400 Lope K. Santos Street, Elisco Road, owned by ELPIDIO M. TE and managed by a certain LOUELLA with CP Nos. (0906) 259 4095 and +63 999 985 3111. They advertise that they have diligent and trustworthy maids. They will get a hefty amount from employers. It turned out that they do not even screen their maids and whenever there is a need to replace a maid for whatever reason, they will again ask you to pay. This is a cycle that they have been doing. They will entertain you whenever you will pay but once you encounter problem, they will no longer accept your call. I searched for ETE Employment Services and I have discovered that there are many negative reports about them. I reported the matter to the Barangay. The Barangay told me that they already received a lot of report about this agency but whenever they visit the place, no one is there. I simply cannot believe that the Barangay could not do anything about it.

It seems thay they just dont screen their applicants only. They will give you unreliable maids (even crazy), untidy, tamad, etc. One instance (last Sept. 2016) the maid didnt even last 12hrs and up to now (Nov. 25) no replacrments had been made. Promises, promises. They are so fast in collecting their fees. But the very moment they collect, its goodbye. Ms Sheila, i suggest we try to call on all victims of this ETE Agency & Louella Cubio to unite & file a class suit against this SCAM Agency. ReplyDeleteFound out they have no license. They give you a maid first day off Hindi na babalik I thought that was just a one time thing, waited for a replacement after 4 months with daily follow ups. Then finally when they sent a replacement. Ganun din Hindi nabumabalik on their day off. Then I found out from my neighbor that the same thing happened to their Tita who got from there..so parang they rotate Lang their maids. If you call for replacement always no available but if you pretend to be a new client, meaning you will pay the full office fee...madami daw applicants and those maids that you get from them only lasts till their day off
SAME HERE! I got a maid from them (LYNBER HOMECARE SERVICE / BERLYN HOMECARE) and after 1 month the maid wanted to leave. When we asked for a replacement since the maid wanted to leave, the agency, Lyn Mendoza asked for a replacement fee. In the contract, the agreement was for the maid to shoulder the replacement fee, since she was in breach of the contract, we should not be charge for the said fee. But unfortunately, the agency refused to replace unless i paid the replacement fee. The replacement did not last a month now I have a hard time talking to them. They are veru unprofessional when handling client's concerns. "Babastusin" ka na lang nila so that you will be discouraged to demand for a replacement.

Masyado lang kasi malayo ang Pateros kaya hindi na namin napuntahan and mukhang waste of time maghabol lalo na parang sanay na sila sa ganyang kalakaran. 2 months lang yung maid sa amin naka dalawang palit pero wala na after that. The agency was informed and when I've asked for a refund, they made lame excuses and promised to issue a check refund after a month. It is now more than a month but they haven't refunded me back. First yaya po na ipapadala eh may balak pala mag abroad kaya after 11 days to be exact eh biglang mag papaalam, so now papa replace ako sa Agency kay Ms Jocelyn (may ari), pinalitan naman nila pero meron sila pinakita na written complain nung first maid na hindi daw namin sila pinapakain... ang sabi ko meron po CCTV ang bahay, meron sa kitchen meron sa dinning table, makikita nila dun kung hindi napapakain, sabi ko dahil laging wala naman kami eh sila naiiwan siya na ang kumakain sa bahay. Also, may 3 year old kami na daughter so alangan naman na kumakain ang bata pero siya hindi, siyempre mag breakfast, lunch and dinner ang bata na alaga nya so ano yun, yung bata lang kakain siya hindi?
Now pinadalan ako so nag ask sila ulit ng P500 transportation fee. So after 11 days nag bayad nanaman ako ng transportaion fee maliban sa unang binayaran ko. Maayos naman yung maid pero lately napapansin ko lagi na lang tumatambay sa terrace (3rd floor) namin, pero since malinis naman siya sa bahay kaya wala naman ako pakialam na kung dun siya tumabay sa taas (walang CCTV), after 2 weeks panay na parinig ng Yaya/Maid na pag uwi daw niya sa province dadalan ako ng kung ano ano mga gulay at kung ano meron sa province nila. So I asked, kailan siya balak punta dun kasi parang wala naman napag usapan dati nung iniinterview ko siya, sabi nya kung mag off siya dito lang daw sa manila. Ang sagot sa akin ng yaya/maid, babakasyon siya for a month and sa November punta na siya sa ibang bansa, so ako naman nagulat kasi 2 weeks ka pa lang may mga plans ka na pala, so hindi nanaman sinabi sa akin ng agency, pero sige wala naman ako magagawa so hinayaan na muna, then after 4 weeks nag paalam na mag DAY OFF muna siya uwi sa province nila, umalis ng sabado ng gabi at balik daw nya Monday morning, the eto hindi na bumalik, so I asked Agency na hindi na nga bumalik baka need na replacement....eto may sinasabi nanaman ang agency na may sulat daw na iniwan another written report full of complains, pati brand ng detergent soap eh nirereklamo. (takenote surf and pride yung gamit), andun nanaman yung hindi pinapakain. So as always sinabi ko sa agency
(Viber chat lang kasi ayaw nila sagutin calls ko) papakita ko CCTV naka records naman lahat ng day to day na ginagawa ng maid dun para masabi kung na maltrato. Pero since ayaw nga nila makipag usap and dinadaan na nila sa galit, sinabihan pa ako ng agency na ang dami ko daw sinasabi na hindi maganda sa agency nila.... na confused na ako, kasi sa paanong paraan na ayaw nyo bigyan ng chance ang client nyo ipakita na nagisisinungaling ang maid na pinadala nyo eh mismong client eh may recording na willing ipakita, sabay bigla angency na ang magagalit sa client kasi madami daw ako sinasabi na hindi maganda tungkol sa agency and yan report ng maid na pinadala nila...maling mali eh. So I end up na wala pang 3 months eh hindi na sila mag bibigay ng replacement dahil ginugutom daw namin, then nakita ko sa contract na isa sa mga nakasaad dun na wag gugutumin ang maid, ahhh...now alam ko na scripted..oo nga naman sayang naman kung magbibigay pa sila sa akin na pwede naman nila deploy sa bago, instant placement fee of P5,000 agad yun. Hustler na din. A portion ng viber chat namin, kayo na humusga sa reply ng agency sa client nila...eto ba yung nilalagay nila sa ads nila na "Our care if your comfort"????? Asan? eh nilait pa bahay namin. Aawayin ka na lang nila para hindi ka na mag ask ng replacement. Style ng agency na ito grabe lang talaga.

My yaya I got from them did not finished the contract so I tell them to find a replacement but almost 3months na wala sila binigay na kapalit, kesyo daw wala pa sila nahihire or available maids though Im willing to pay the replacement fee of 1500 on top of the 6500 I paid to them, then I asked my cousin to call them up and just inquire if they have available maid and they said YES meron daw. Oo nga naman mas gusto nila new customer laki ng difference nga naman ng Php 6500 agency fee vs Php 1500 replacement fee. Di nako naghabol ABULOY ko na yun 6500!
ReplyDeleteGanyan din naranasan ko. Parang isa na lang ang ginagawa nila. Magkakaiba na agency pero parang parehas lang the way they handle their clients. Mine is Lynber Home care services. Meron ako nakuhanan dati sa first born ko pero since tagal na nakalimutan ko na yung name ng agency kaya nag research ako ulit pero dahil sa very immediate hindi na ako nakapag research ng reviews. Siguro bago kumuha talagang mga moms dapat talagang iresearch muna ang agency (kung meron pa matino). Yung mga reviews malaking tulong din sa mga katulad natin na nag hahanap. Dito ko nalaman na madami na pala negative feedback yung nakuhanan ko na agency na until now wala na ako nakuhang kapalit dun sa hinihingi ko na replacement.
DeleteI had bad experience with Earthling Manpower or Maid.ph. Sa una mabait kausap kasi they want you to pay. Pero the quality of the maids is very poor. Either may attitude problem or parang walang gana magtrabaho. When I asked the agency for a replacement, the staff (very rude) insinuated that there is something wrong with us that's why the maids dont stay long. The staff answering the phone is very rude. The contract you pay for is for 6 months. But if the maid leaves, they still count 6 months regardless if they have sent a replacement or not. Tama ba naman iyon?

"Agency insinuated that there is something wrong with us that's why the maids dont stay long." - Same talaga, minsan parang ganyan na ata ang ginagawa nila karamihan sa mga agency, sa akin po 4 months lang hindi na ako nakakuha ng kapalit because pinalabas din nila na hindi ako maayos na employer. Sa totoo lang maghapon ako wala and mon-sat ang pasok ko, bihihra ko na makausap ang yaya/maid pero kakampihan nila yung maid with poor attitude and did not complete the contract. Nag day-off yun pala ililipat nila sa iba. Waste of time mga maid agency meron naman legit pero super mahal ng placement fees. Kailangan natin pero parang yung agency lolokohin pa mga nangangailangan.

ReplyDeleteOur helper, who came to work with my family a week ago, suddenly left our home without a word and returned about three hours later, saying that she had gone out to meet her friends. We were appalled by her irresponsible behaviour.
We decided to immediately send our maid back to the agency.
We could not risk having a dishonest helper in the family.
We had already intended, a few days earlier, to send the maid back as we found her to have a poor attitude. Her work performance was also below our expectations despite the fact that she had worked as a domestic helper in Singapore and Indonesia. But the agency advised us to keep her until we found a new one.
In our case, it wasn't just the bio-data of our new maid that was INACCURATE. When we call the agency to hire a replacement and conducted a phone interview with a prospective maid, we found out that she had not worked here for two years, as was stated in her bio-data.
She had only worked here for seven months before being sent back to Singapore. How could the agency PROVIDE us with the WRONG information TWICE?
