- Feb 7, 2016: Called more than 10x but all lines just keep on ringing. Once they finally picked up, reminded staff to answer their phone lines since they have an ongoing promo at Metrodeal.
- Feb 8, 2016 10am: Worst customer experience.
- Gave out numbers but serving numbers at random. Nobody used the microphone to call the numbers out.
- A lot of customers turned irate.
- According to the staff, they have no manager on duty.
- No system in place.
